Thanks for the diagnosis. This also happens for me on a desktop system
with a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro 6G graphics card (rev
2.0), on a Gigabyte Z370P D3 motherboard. Blacklisting stops the
problem.
