Hi everyone, I finally managed to make dell's technical service change my micron hard drive to a different one, obviously the computer didn't fail anymore. He never got stuck again. Also install ubuntu 18.04 offered in dell downloads, but I will return to ubuntu 20. Thank you all for your help.
