Here is the problem. Fanatic test-local-docker, creates a local docker container and imports local DNS via systemd-resolv.conf , it tries to install "Ping" and can't do that because of our firewall, well... the firewall in the lab. It's blocking access to ports.ubuntu.com.. 2 ways we can fix
