You have been subscribed to a public bug: I ran "apt remove zfsutils-linux" to remove the package in a chroot environment, it tried to run "/etc/init.d/zfs-mount stop" which would unmount all zfs datasets. This caused issue as my chroot environment has various folders mounted as zfs file systems.
On Ubuntu 19.04 where zfs version is 0.7.12, it does not do that. ** Affects: zfs-linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Removing zfsutils-linux/focal 0.8.3-1ubuntu11 package in a chroot environment tries to unmount all zfs datasets https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1871232 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to zfs-linux in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
