Title:
Hub-connected mouse doesn't work until suspend

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I'm using a USB hub with 4 inputs, one of them is my mouse.

The mouse doesn't react when I boot the computer into Linux, even if I
re-plug it into the same or another slot in the hub. It works in
Windows. It works when connected to a computer USB port.

The mouse starts working through the hub after I suspend the computer
  then wake it up.
