Got the main server checked and tested. Was able to successfully format the drbd device with ocfs2 and thereafter could write files to the ocfs2 partition with full read/write access. I can happily report that this problem now seems to be fixed for me. -- You received this bug notification becaus

Hi Mauricio I have updated the kernel using apt (and ran all the other available updates at the same time) on the SECOND server in this cluster. The update to 5.4.0-48-generic seems to have WORKED OK. However, as these are live servers and the end users were desperate to use their data, I rsync'
