The number of IRQ 9 (acpi) seems to be unreasonably high, i.e. 10 in ProcInterrupts.txt I tried on my laptop (command: "uptime ; cat /proc/interrupts | grep acpi"), and it is 15859 after 13 mins (~8000 when uptime = 0 min). If you see 10 right after booting, the hardware / firmware may be
