I think it is a kernel crash because sysrq does not work, which works in normal time, and /var/log/syslog contains no lines after the crash. I tried reinstalling the os and switching my kernel version from 5.4.0-58-generic to 5.4.0-42-generic, but the problem persists. The frequency of crashing is one time per week before reinstalling and one time per day after reinstalling. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1798961 described the same problems as me but it is about 18.10 and is closed.
