Public bug reported: I'm running Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon. I upgraded from 5.4.0-58 to 5.4.0-59 and the computer was not able to recognize the cable connection. My Ethernet controller is a Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 0c). Result of cat /proc/version_signature: Ubuntu 5.4.0-58.64~18.04.1-generic 5.4.73
