I get this message on TUXEDO InfinityBook S 14 - Gen6 with Linux 5.15
kernel.
The boot works fine. However, the system freezes later on, unless I have
something plugged into a USB port (like a USB mouse), but i do not know
if this is related.

Bug
Hi,
If you read the bug you can see that it works when the proprietary Nvidia
drivers are installed. It works otherwise.

Hi Vincent, I am interested in buying that laptop. Currently it works
well or do you have a problem with this model?

hi,
Not sure what that message means precisely, but after that the system
completely hangs.
I installed the nvidia driver and that works wiht 5.8 kernel, as others wrote
on Stackoverflow.
So this is a kernel / nouveau bug?
The nvidia driver is not supported because it is proprietary and would
"usci_acpi USBC000:00: PPM init failed (-110)" is a harmless message.
Can you please try installing nvidia proprietary driver?
$ sudo apt install nvidia-driver-460

The laptop runs the latest 3.07 bios. I think the issue does not occur
with only one NVMe drive.
