Bug description:
  The following patches are accepted into upstream for 5.14 and should
  displace the existing patches carried in OEM tree.

  *  "ACPI: processor idle: Fix up C-state latency if not ordered" replaces the 
hack to hardcode latency values for HP's RN systems.
  * "ACPI: PM: s2idle: Add missing LPS0 functions for AMD" has been accepted
