I believe the hardware is dead or something. Bluetooth didn't work on my
Windows dual boot too.

Could you please check if you have the linux-modules-extra-* package
installed? This can be done by typing the following command on the
terminal:
$ dpkg -l linux-modules-5.11.0-25-generic
