Public bug reported:

On resume from suspend the fan goes full speed.

Regression - this only happens intermittently on kernel 5.8.0-63, but
happens every time on kernel 5.11.0-25.

Running `sensors` after resume shows:

```
Using kernel 5.11.0-25, `thinkpad-isa-0000 - temp1` shows a temperature
prior to suspend, then it consistently shows `N/A` after resume.
Using kernel 5.8.0-63, `thinkpad-isa-0000 - temp1` shows a temperature
when the fan control is working normally (which fails intermittently
following suspend/resume) and shows `N/A` when it does not work.
