Public bug reported:

Using Lenovo IdeaPad 3i Gaming, I got a software update this morning,
and since that time, impossible to complete a power suspend.

It is always blocked after the message "Finished Wait until snapd is
fully seeded".

Power Down is working well. Logout is working well. Only the Suspend
action is blocked on this message mentioned above.

- It is a regression bug, it was not happening before the latest update.
- Reproduced by following ways to suspend the computer :
  - systemctl suspend
  - Via Ubuntu down arrow on top left menu bar, Power Down / Logout --> Suspend.
  - Closing the lid
