Just based on environment it seems that the wifi is crashing and results
in other Intel to crash as well.  Dell 7390 XPS 13 (dev) has been fine
but after changing wifi router I started noticing dropped wifi with
firmware crashes in dmesg on 18.04, upgraded to 20.04, updated BIOS,
updated all other firmware using firmware update manager and the wifi
problem persisted, but now the touchpad has become a noticeable issue as
well.  One the wifi signal comes back the touchpad works again.
