Same here, I have a Lenovo X13, also with an AMD 4750U. Screen shows
random noise after suspend/resume with 5.13 kernel. Reverting back to
5.11 kernels removes the problem. I also installed a 5.15 kernel and
here, things are also working again.

Might be related to this:

Unfortunately, the 5.15 kernel is no option for me as Virtualbox DKMS
doesn't compile the drivers (due to newer glibc used in the 5.15 kernel
compared to Ubuntu 20.04)

  Upon upgrading to the latest HWE edge kernel (from 5.11 to 5.13) on
  20.04, I found that my screen won't work if my laptop goes idle
  (screen off) or wakes up from suspend. Reverting to 5.11 resolves this
  for me.

  to have been fixed in 5.14.
