Fix No Screen after
During i switched 2k to 4k multiple times, didn't get the error.
after idle 2~3 hours and keep in 4k, i found the underrun error would be shown
up.
but 4k works well

I test the test kernel built by Koba,

It still have the error in kernel, but the screen can show successfully.
I tried pure 5.14.0-1011-oem, the issue is still reproduced.
