I build me own kernel now and removed all UBSAN-stuff. This helped.

I've upgraded ubuntu 23.04 to 23.10 and I've got the bug that you said
that should have been fixed.
On my Ubuntu 23.10 I'm using kernel 6.5.0-10-generic and I've installed
the nvidia driver version 535.129.03. (my nvidia gpu is the RTX 2080 ti
; my cpu is the intel I9)

I applied the patch to files in /usr/src/broadcom-sta-6.30.223.271/ and then
reinstalled linux-image-6.5.0-7-generic to make DKMS rebuild the module. It
made this error go away:
