  With multiple keyboards, pressing NumLock effects all keyboards

  On a system with multiple USB keyboards plugged in, pressing the
  NumLock key on one of the keyboards will cause all of the keyboards to
  behave like they have had their NumLock pressed (both LED will change
  and the behavior of the number pad).
