This issue is also occurring on Dell Latitude 131L. Second time I installed 12.04 and the issue is definitely with the broadcom drivers. When I activated it and rebooted, that's when the issue started to occur. I'm receiving the same errors as Jesus Lara @ comment #51

This is affecting me on a fresh install on a TravelMate 5520. The live CD works fine, but attempting to boot to the installed OS leads to the 'fixing recursive fault but reboot is needed' error during the boot sequence. No combination of 'noapic', 'xforcevesa', 'acpi=off', 'nomodeset' helped. I
