Bug happens on ubuntu 19.10 on a dell 7520. Here's what the command

I have tried changing
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_backlight=vendor".
on /etc/default/grub and did not help.

Hi, I still have this issue. Using Ubuntu 18.04 on Dell XPS 9570.
