  [Latitude E6320/E6420/E5520m] Unable to use Bluetooth after
  suspend/hibernate

Bug description:
  After placing the system into suspend and resuming, the bluetooth
  module no longer functions. Turning bluetooth off and then on via the
  applet allows the system to have bluetooth functionality once again.
