disabling KSM and see if the results remain the same:
- edit /etc/default/qemu:
- change KSM_ENABLED to 0
- sudo service qemu restart

thanks for your advise. I upgraded to the latest bios but it still crashes on
resume from S3. With the old bios, I could see kernel messages. With the new
bios, I'm only getting a black screen (backlight on). I can't ping the machine
in this state.

before 14.04.02. This is a bug that would help us running 14.04 in

Same problem for me. It works good at my home (there is not much devices
connected) but here I'm in an hotel room for few weeks, there are a lot of
devices on the AP and the connection doesn't work. Sometimes it works late in
