Public bug reported: After resuming from sleep (suspend to ram), all external usb ports are dead. The laptop's built in keyboard and synaptic touch pad (I think it is vonnected via internal usb, but not 100% sure) still work. Only a complete power down and reboot seem to bring back the devices.
