I confirm the issue with an Samsung NC10 with integrated Intel Mobile 945 GSE After a fresh install of lubuntu 16.04.3 and first Auto-Update. The current 32 Bit Desktop iso brought kernel 4.10, everything was fine. The first update installed Kernel 4.13.0-26 which still has the defect.
