I saw you were using it with 5.3 but not with 5.4, maybe that's the cause.

Yesterday, I upgraded to Ubuntu 20.04, since when there is a problem
with the btrfs volume it is installed on. The system hung when launching
a btrfs balance and on next boot, it hung indefinitely, when trying to
created the volatile files and dirs.
Booting from a Debian
The solution of Ferenc worked for me, thank you a lot!
That's very sad that there is no any official fix for this problem,
although the bug is rather old.

I found the device with `ls /sys/bus/acpi/devices`, although it does not
appear in /proc/bus/input/devices
I found in Bug-Report #1853277 that Kai-Heng Feng stated "We are
currently working with Lenovo and it might take a while." Is that still

The fix worked for me!!!
Although it does not have the full functionality (double finger etc..) it still
functions as a simple mouse which is enough for me at the moment!
