Adding to the previous reports, I can confirm that it still exists on latest saucy daily image (October 1 2013). Blank screen during installation, nothing proposed in this thread or over the internet can help. This should be of high priority as obviously affects a lot of people. -- You

I should add that trying the Ubuntu saucy kernel on an existing installtion of 13.04 , also exhibits the problem and makes the system unbootable. So it will also affect people who are going to upgrade from 13.04. It seems the problem is in the kernel. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu Saucy)
