After a fresh install of Saucy (Daily Build version) the touchpad is working by default, without need of enabling it via the Fn key. I'm actually using 3.11.0-8-generic, and have been testing it for some hours and seems fine. The touchpad works with al functions enabled (also two-finger scroll).

Actually the touchpad now works also with the old kernel 3.5.0-40, on 12.04 (where the broadcom card works properly). I just have to enable the touchpad with the FN key. I don't know exactly what was that fixed it. I suppose that it may be due to the BIOS update, or it may bbe a combination
