for arm64. Is there an iso image with this changes for arm64 to test

I've tested the kernel changes to enable Renesas RZ platform serial
installer. This is working now.
Please note that this change affects the installation media to install
them on Renesas RZ platform.

This bug allows the installer to run on the serial port.
Hence command "apport-collect 2022361" is not required.
I've changed the Status from "Incomplete" to "Confirmed".
