I've booted up with the latest Ubuntu 15.04 kernel (3.19.0-26-generic)
and did some more testing, it seems that this bug is only present when I
do a Safely remove for the USB3 flash drive.
If I stick it in a USB3 port and just pull it out again, suspend works
fine.
Also, when I do a Safely
I am affected by the same bug, though I'm using Ubuntu 15.04. I have
made a bug report (#1486581) that hasn't gained any attention yet.

Removed USB3 device from USB3 port causes S3 Resume to Fail
Status in linux package
Drivers for RTL 8723BE chipset are included in Kernel 4.1+ but I am
getting kernel panics when a bluetooth device is enabled and in use. At
the moment running kernel 4.2 RC4, the problem is still present.
Might be a broader problem, found this thread:
Currently using Ubuntu 15.04, I have tried Ubuntu Mainline kernels 4.1
(RC-s and stable) through 4.2 RC5. Getting kernel panics at seemingly
random intervals when a bluetooth device is enabled and in use.

@Pilot6
Bluetooth works out-of-the-box with kernel 4.1+, with previous kernels I
had to compile the necessary drivers (I used drivers from lwfinger
github).

I have the same Bluetooth mouse and had the same issue, a script fixed
this problem for me (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1387211).
