This (or something very much like it) still occurs in relation to failing resume from suspend on my Dell T7600. watchdog complaint is echoed to tty and resume fails. This is on an up to date Ubuntu 12.04, and has affected the last few kernels (a few months I think, but haven't kept the old ones
