So i've been having this problem for a long time, with my OCZ Vertex 4 which i have since swapped for a 120GB Seagate Barracuda with an IDE to SATA converter. Still getting the same problem which causes my system to hang, and with the SSD to compleetly die reset, lose the disk, hang. Here is some
