seems that Precise 3.2 is not affected, the libnl package version is

Hardware Certification have completed testing this -proposed kernel. No 
regressions were observed, results are available here:

201101-7173 with Broadcom wireless driver does not work in this cycle
(it's working on other systems), it failed with "wpa_supplicant:
association request to the driver failed", please see more details in
bug 1498743.
