Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.13 kernel[0].
If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.
If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed".

"what i do to get my WiFi card working"
i did the update to kernel 4.10.0-28 and my wifi drivers stop
working with my net-gear wnd "brodcom" device,, i can load up with
the 4.8.0-53 kernel and it will start working agin im having this
problem with every distro of linux with the 4.10 kernel
