Title:
8bitdo FC30 Pro controller has 8 axes with firmware 4.00

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
This controller only has 6 axes, but Ubuntu sees 8. The extra two look
like pedals in jstest-gtk, and their input values get maxed out when I
press left or right on the D-pad, or the L2 or R2 buttons.
