"perf" package needs a fix to support "audit"-related functionality with

The support is there for all other arches except ppc64le.  The patch is
a one-line fix.

Currently, Ubuntu doesn't python scripting in perf at all.  That is being 
tracked at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1707875.  So, 
this bug should depend on that.
