Hi, same thing happens to my Dell 7390 after upgrading to 19.04, with
kernel 5.0. This happens only after 30-40 seconds from when I connect my
USB mouse to it. Downgrading kernel "resolves" issue.
Also it seems to be related with one of tracker processes getting
activated.

I have not identified any common state with then freeze occurs, so don't
