Hi, Peter The backport-iwlwifi-dkms is the offical supported version, that we recommended you to use. Somehow, you receive an OLD image with a non-supported version of dkms. We would like to find out what was the version of the image you are using, could you run `ubuntu-report show`? or bto.xml

The file came from oem-wifi-intel-iwlwifi-lp1810708-4.15-stack-dev- e33ba6d-core43-10-dkms_1.0_amd64.deb, which was preinstalled and on the Dell Precision 7540 recovery media-- it doesn't seem to be in any repo. The backport-iwlwifi-dkms package looks like it was created after I opened this LP,
