I have problems with cheese, so i enter command 'ubuntu-bug cheese'
cheese start but ubuntu-bug creates a bug for 'linux' package

This bug was opened with 'ubuntu-bug cheese' but cheese catches apport and
creates an incomplete bug. You should remove this this mechanism to avoid the
problem.

Video seems an old film.
On same PC same webcam Ubuntu 20.04 installed on a different partition cheese
3.34.0-1ubuntu1
the problem does NOT occur.
Same PC and webcam Ubuntu 22.10 on a different partition cheese 43~alpha-1 i
see the same problem.
Starting cheese from terminal i see:
