Bug happens on ubuntu 19.10 on a dell 7520. Here's what the command
lspci -k | grep -iA2 VGA returns:

Same issue here with Ubuntu 18.04 on Dell Inspiron 15R 5521.
I have tried changing
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_backlight=vendor".
on /etc/default/grub and did not help.
Also tried the solution on https://ubuntuf
Hi, I still have this issue. Using Ubuntu 18.04 on Dell XPS 9570.
Any way to get a workaround for that?
