That looks like it is an internal error to wxPhoenix. Was wxPhoenix rebuilt once Python 3.8 was pushed to Rawhide? It could be that there is a version mismatch there. I was going to try a VM install of Rawhide tonight and see if wxPhoenix can be imported into a normal python console (my hunch is
