Adam,
I don't have an issue with this decision. If Apple no longer supports
10.11, I don't see why we should.

so I don't feel too bad about bumping the lower version to 10.12. I
should be be spending more time getting 10.15 working, not keeping
10.11 working. :)

is down, i will yell at the build server owner
