Translation of Clockwise and Counterclockwise are long texts in many languages: Uhrzeigersinn and Gegenuhrzeigersinn in german for example.   If the icon depicts (dynamically) the sense of rotation, the text can be short as "Rotate" - which is short in many languages. Just an idea?
