I am interested in using kicad to make a Xilinx FPGA PCI board but I installed

I installed Xilinx on Fedora 10 and it installed in my home directory as
Xilinx101 subdirectory (Xilinx ver 10.1).
That directory contains ISE directory which contains everything including
binaries.
Search you home directory for Xilinx* or xilinx* subdirectories.
