I am sorry to say that the Accel file is in a very different format to the
tango format.
I have written my converter for my own use and hoped that others might
benefit. Sigh!

if you are Postscript enabled (i.e. if you speak Postscript), you
can easily patch the .ps files to obtain your negative boards,
and also scale the plots.
Only few lines are needed to do the job.
