Hi, if you are Postscript enabled (i.e. if you speak Postscript), you can easily patch the .ps files to obtain your negative boards, and also scale the plots. Only few lines are needed to do the job. See http://www.rohrbacher.net/kicad/postscript/; for the .ps files and equivalent .pdf files.
