I have teste the board with pcbnew version 2007-07-09 (last stable version) and some other versions.
I do not have any crash ans i cannot fix anything. Please can you download the pcbnew.exe from: ftp://iut-tice.ujf-grenoble.fr/cao/kicad/winexe and test it.
