I added -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr, reinstalled and now have identical plugins
in both libs
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/plugins/kmymoney
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/plugins/kmymoney

BTW, I'm running ubuntu bionic which has webKit 5.43, kmm uses 5.42, but a

Just recompiled from git - same result.
No decimal separator displayed in both cases.
As you suggested, the locale is not properly set. Country and currency are both
