Ability to lead (e.g. Senior Developer, Architect, Team Lead). Ability to solve wide variety of problems, including across platforms. Ability to understand and debug multiple system architectures. Ability to produce Project Designs from Business Specifications. Ability to communicate Project Designs to other developers. Must be a team player, with great communication skills, highly motivated and highly organized. *Required Technical Skills* Web Services (Axis, CFX, or REST), Java SE 5, Java EE 1.4, Design Patterns *REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS* Excellent communicator, works well in teams, must be able to "figure things out" on their own. Will be required to take an idea/concept/process and document it in writing as well as in face-to-face conversation. This person will not be handed a task list, rather they need to be able to design the solution and implement it.
