Lead Technical Architect for the FI$Cal proposal/analysis project. This person will be responsible for developing the system architecture and producing the Technical Architecture Document deliverable for Stage 1 (the Analysis Phase). They will also be responsible for developing content for the Stage 2 proposal, for the PeopleSoft Financials implementation for the State government of California.
