Location: Chicago. Experience as an ClearQuest administrator developing ClearQuest hooks in perl. Experience developing automated integration between IBM Rational ClearQuest and other systems or applications Ability to provide end user training and mentoring of Administrators. Expertise on upgrading ClearQuest versions to new releases. Experience automating CQ testing using Rational Performance Tester. In depth experience with CQ Web running on a windows 2003 platform. Strong knowledge of Software Configuration Management processes, tools and products. Experience implementing SCM disciplines in organizations a plus. Solid Perl scripting knowledge and corresponding programming experience. Java programming a plus. Process-oriented (able to establish, follow, and improve on ways to accomplish work in repeatable patterns). Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels within the organization. Strong problem-solving skills.
